It's the first Saturday of August so that can only mean one thing - it's salsa party time with Sweet Salsa at the Canberra Club.

This month we are delighted to have with us Ariel Rios who is one of the leading Cuban salsa dancers and teachers in the UK. Arrive in time for the class and you will learn how to move like a native Cuban!

The following day, Sunday, Ariel is also holding a 2 hour class which will cover one hour of Son (the dance from Cuba that salsa evolved from) followed by an hour of salsa. The class will be held at Samlesbury War Memorial Hall on Cuerdale Lane, PR5 0UY. See details and Buy Tickets HERE

The Canberra is a great venue with lots of safe parking and is only 5 minutes from Junction 31 of the M6.

Music is Cuban flavour salsa with a dash of bachata for a bit of variety.
