Our Wednesday class this week saw a rare phenomenon - not enough ladies!!
Safe to say, the men were shocked..
The concensus is that it was because of school half-term (was it? I'm not sure).
So ladies, next Wednesday, clear your diaries and come down to St Walburge's Church Hall, near the University in Preston and dance with our 'spare men'.

Join us for a six-week beginner only course in Preston starting this Spring.
Commencing Monday March 18th 2019 and continuing for six consecutive Mondays (excluding Easter Monday) we will show you how to dance salsa.
The venue is Fulwood Lawn Tennis Club, Highgate Ave, Preston. PR2 8LN at 8pm.
The price is £25 and covers all six classes.
Sweet Salsa classes will resume after the New Year break on 9th January 2019.

If you were there last year you'll probably want to be there this year.
The 2017 event was an amazing night of Salsa, food and live music and judging by the smiles, everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves.
The event is organised with passion by Sweet Salsa regular Catherine Dobson and tickets (£17.50 inl. supper or £10.00 without) are available from Rossendale Hospice reception or from Catherine directly. Call her on 07901 228206
Finally the time has come. We have kept our class prices the same since 2010 but due to increased costs and to bring us more into line with other similar classes we have made the decision to put up prices. Not much, just a little.
From the beginning of November 2018 classes will be £6 per person (£4 for students) for the full evening and the party nights at the Canberra Club will be £7.
There's good news for regular attendees though with 2 ways to save money and beat the increase.
Please note that there is a new start time for the Clitheroe class from this week.
Complete beginners and improvers start time is now 8.00pm
As usual everyone is welcome to come and join us, especially if you've not tried salsa before.
