It's the start of our six-week beginner course taking place in Fulwood at 8pm.

Learn to dance salsa from scatch and over the weeks you'll learn the steps you need to confidently take to the dance floor.

You'll learn about:

• basic steps
• how to follow the beat
• how to hold a partner
• how to lead and follow
• and much more

You will also discover how much fun learning a dance can be and see how there are many opportunities to dance with new friends every weekend.

Come and learn to salsa with us on Saturday 9th March 2019 and we're so sure that you will enjoy the day that we are offering all participants FREE weekly salsa classes at all our venues (excluding Monday nights) throughout the rest of March.

Our Wednesday class this week saw a rare phenomenon - not enough ladies!!

Safe to say, the men were shocked..

The concensus is that it was because of school half-term (was it? I'm not sure).

So ladies, next Wednesday, clear your diaries and come down to St Walburge's Church Hall, near the University in Preston and dance with our 'spare men'.

I'm sure it will cheer them up.

Six Weeks to Salsa

Join us for a six-week beginner only course in Preston starting this Spring.

Commencing Monday March 18th 2019 and continuing for six consecutive Mondays (excluding Easter Monday) we will show you how to dance salsa.

The venue is Fulwood Lawn Tennis Club, Highgate Ave, Preston. PR2 8LN at 8pm.

The price is £25 and covers all six classes.

Sweet Salsa classes will resume after the New Year break on 9th January 2019.

Note: The Tuesday class at Clitheroe starts on 15th January.

We've had a lot of interest in tonights class in Clitheroe via this facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1704207179658130/

Looks like we might be busy with ladies so we need guys or leaders to assist.

If you are free this evening and can join us we'd be mighty happy. If Clitheroe is not your usual class it will be free of charge for you.

If you were there last year you'll probably want to be there this year.

The 2017 event was an amazing night of Salsa, food and live music and judging by the smiles, everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves.

Finally the time has come. We have kept our class prices the same since 2010 but due to increased costs and to bring us more into line with other similar classes we have made the decision to put up prices. Not much, just a little.

From the beginning of November 2018 classes will be £6 per person (£4 for students) for the full evening and the party nights at the Canberra Club will be £7.
